🌶 Homemade Fajita Seasoning (makes extra):

  • 3 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1½ Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp sea salt

🥣 Cilantro-Lime Sauce:

  • 1 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 Tbsp homemade fajita seasoning (to taste)
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  2. Make the sauce:
