Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup diced apple
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings:
  • Fresh diced apple
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Granola

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a jar. Stir well.
  • Fold in diced apple.
  • Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  • Stir, add toppings, and enjoy!
