Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together in a jar or airtight container.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir again, add your favorite toppings (berries, nuts, nut butter), and enjoy!
