Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 ripe banana sliced (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, honey, and frozen berries in a jar. Stir well.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir your oats, top with fresh banana slices, and enjoy!
