  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings:
  • Fresh berries
  • Granola
  • Honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt in a jar.
  • Fold in berries.
  • Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir, add toppings, and enjoy!
