Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings:
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Honey
  • Shredded coconut optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt, cream cheese, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt in a jar. Stir well.
  • Fold in blueberries.
