Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings:
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Lemon zest
  • Honey
  • Granola

Instructions
