Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup strawberries diced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings:
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Granola
  • Honey

Notes

  1. Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt in a jar. Stir well.
  2. Fold in diced strawberries and blueberries.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir, add toppings, and enjoy!
