Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ΒΌ cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Β½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • Β½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings:
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Drizzle of peanut butter
  • Sprinkle of granola
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt in a jar. Stir well.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  • In the morning, stir, add toppings, and enjoy!
