  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings:
  • Banana slices
  • Drizzle of peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt in a jar. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  • Stir, add toppings, and enjoy!
